Loose and flowy with a touch of lace. I thought this would be a great piece to wear with the next item. It offers enough flow to tuck in and still not be to clingy for my liking.

A little more Disney than the dress; however, I love the cute and colors in this skirt. I think it would pair nicely with the softness of the tank mentioned above.
